Jobs of Hope is a faith-based reentry program proudly serving men in Weld County, Colorado since 2013. Our mission is to restore hope and see transformation in the lives of previously incarcerated individuals, as well as individuals seeking transformation from a life of gang affiliation, homelessness, or substance abuse. Our 7-Step Methodology focuses on a combination of case management, mental health, educational, and counseling resources. In addition, we operate a transitional housing facility for clients experiencing housing instability.

Jobs of Hope, Inc. was founded in 2013 for the purpose of providing support for Colorado men seeking to reenter the community and obtain a better quality of life. We are a faith-based reentry program focused on working to help gentlemen coming out of incarceration and/or gang-involvement leave behind years of legal problems. We believe that through love, accountability, case management, life skills training, assistance with employment, and assistance with housing, we can be a bridge for our participant to reconnect with their families and community and vice-versa, to help our community engage with our participants and share our vision of seeing their potential to become positive and productive members of society.
