C3 is a place for the community resources of Jefferson County to come together for one common goal. To make it easier for clients that are involved in the criminal justice system in Jefferson County who have substance use and/or mental health concerns to reach the resources and services they need.
C3 is a safe space for those seeking resources and change.

To be a hub for connecting the delivery of existing community, county and municipal resources and services. This leads to better outcomes for those who are served, by reducing barriers to their success.

Since opening its doors in May of 2020, C3 has successfully connected 3,218 individuals with essential resources and support services.
To date, C3 has provided:
- 192 individuals with assistance obtaining their birth certificates
- 929 individuals with bus tickets for transportation
- 530 clients with access to the clothing closet
- 820 clients with employment resources
- 430 clients with food assistance
- 106 clients with GED services
- 1,450 individuals with housing support
- 722 clients with hygiene packs
- 484 individuals with assistance obtaining their ID
- 170 clients with legal resources
- 46 clients with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services
- 221 individuals with medical and dental assistance
- 472 clients with Medicaid enrollment support
- 174 clients with mental health resources
- 37 phones for communication access
- 26 clients with prescribed medications
- 127 individuals with substance use treatment connections
- 94 sleeping bags for those experiencing homelessness
- 126 clients with applying for SNAP benefits
- 106 clients with SSI assistance
Our goal is to raise funds that will directly support clients in securing stable housing, addressing food insecurity, accessing hygiene products, and overcoming transportation barriers.
