You Can Help Create a Colorado Free from Preventable Diseases

Federal funding cuts, misinformation, and targeted efforts to erode trust in science threaten Coloradans’ ability to access life-saving vaccines. We won’t sugarcoat it: vaccines are under attack. As Colorado’s only nonprofit dedicated to protecting vaccine access, Immunize Colorado is working tirelessly to safeguard our state against these efforts.

At Immunize Colorado, we envision a future where every Coloradan has the knowledge, resources, and access they need to protect themselves and their communities. When you set up a monthly gift between November 1 and December 9, your donation will be matched up to $100.

Once-Rare Diseases Are Coming Back as Vaccination Rates Decline

Cases of once-rare diseases like measles are rising. Measles was declared eradicated in the U.S. in 2000, due to high vaccination rates. In 2026, the U.S. has seen the highest number of measles cases in 35 years. This is not normal. We’re going backward.

Of those infected with measles in 2026, 97% were unvaccinated, under-vaccinated, or had an unknown vaccine status.
