Hilltop Community Resources is a local non-profit organization that has supported individuals and families on the Western Slope of Colorado for 75 years. Through compassionate and tailored services, we meet the wide-ranging needs of our community. From behavioral health services to supported senior living, while fostering connection and belonging. As a trusted community leader, we collaborate with partners at the state and local level to address challenges and create lasting impact. Together, we build a more inclusive community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Background Statement

For 75 years, Hilltop has evolved to meet the changing needs of our community. Our name, locations, and programs may have changed, but our purpose has never wavered.

We know why we do what we do: because connection builds community. When people are supported, seen, and valued, everyone belongs.

Hilltop is powered by people. Our staff, volunteers, partners, and donors. Working together to make life better for others. Across more than 30 programs, we offer compassionate, family-centered, and collaborative services that help individuals and families face life’s toughest challenges.

From connecting expecting parents to quality healthcare, to providing emergency shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence, to empowering adults with traumatic brain injuries to live independently. Hilltop is here to help our neighbors find hope, healing, and stability.
