We are growing food, empowering youth, and fueling community on 5 acres in Silt, Colorado. Using sustainable agricultural practices, we steward public land, improve access to healthy local food and engage teens in meaningful work.
This Colorado Gives Day, help us raise $15,000 to make our job training program a year-round opportunity for local teens.
This year, we are expanding what our Youth Programs can offer. We are growing from a seasonal job into a year-round one, so teens can earn a steady paycheck and keep building skills through every season. Every dollar you give helps local youth earn a steady income while gaining hands-on experience in sustainable farming, teamwork, and leadership.
At Highwater Farm, teens find connection, confidence, and purpose. They grow food for their neighbors, build real friendships, and gain job skills they carry with them long after the season ends. Many young people in our community face limited job options, isolation, or mental health challenges. Highwater gives them a safe, supportive place to belong and thrive.
