Did you know that 89% of first-generation, low-income students drop out of college nationwide? 

In Colorado, only 28% of low-income high school graduates will earn any credential (Bachelor’s Degree, Associate's Degree or certificate).

Yet 99% of new job classifications in the US require postsecondary education, and students will earn $1.2 million more in their lifetime if they complete a Bachelor's Degree. 

At HighView, we are reversing these trends and creating pathways to economic mobility for students from first generation backgrounds.

Our results speak for themselves and we are just getting started:

➡ 100% of HighView students graduate high school on time (compared to 76% DPS graduation rate)

➡ 100% of students earn substantial scholarships & persist in a 4-year college (currently have a 0% drop out rate)

➡ 100% of students improved their belief that they can succeed in a career in business or technology

HighView has grown from 20 students in 2020 to 101 in 2023 and has partnered with marquee companies including Salesforce, Slack, Amazon Web Services, Guild, Accenture and IMA Financial.
