HighView closes that gap. Our Student Accelerator Program immerses students directly inside companies like Accenture, Guild, DaVita, Salesforce, AWS, and IMA Financial, building the social capital, confidence and professional fluency that are now prerequisites for high-opportunity careers.

We’re not yet another college access program or mentorship program. We’re an end-to-end talent development model that gives students the networks and experiences that wealthier peers enjoy -- and we don't stop until 100% of our graduates are placed into roles that drive generational mobility.
