Two billion people lack access to safe water. While many in this population can access safe water through simple purification methods like wells and chlorination, others are left behind because their water access needs are too challenging and costly to address. This is where Healing Waters steps in -- to tackle the world's most pressing and challenging water purification problems.
Deploying cutting-edge technology in low-resource settings, Healing Waters collaborates with local governments to empower community members in rural and remote areas to establish, own, and operate their own safe water systems. As a result, people who previously would have never had access to safe water can now obtain it. Healing Waters is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to safe water, no matter the obstacles needed to provide it.

We apply our engineering expertise, international development experience, and faith in God to help the world’s most vulnerable communities establish, own, and operate community-wide safe water systems. We envision a world where every child, woman, and man is free to flourish in relationship with God and each other.
For over two decades, Healing Waters has been at the forefront of addressing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) challenges in underserved communities. HWI has successfully implemented over 400 water projects, impacting more than 2 million lives across the world with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. HWI's approach is based on collaboration with local communities, the use of sustainable technologies, and a deep commitment to improving long-term health outcomes.
