No one should navigate life after brain injury alone.
Heads Up for Hope is a community support group for individuals who have experienced a brain injury or a concussion(s) and their caregivers. We are the only support organization for brain injury survivors in Eagle County.
The support group meets twice a month, the first and third Tuesdays of each month. We also host other events for participants to connect outside of our supports groups.
In 2026 we started our new yoga programming, in collaboration with Love Your Brain, a national organization that supports brain injury survivors. We offer free monthly yoga classes, taught by instructors who are certified in Love Your Brain yoga facilitation.
Our expanded programming allows more opportunities for connection for our participants and caregivers. Our goal is for anyone navigating the challenges of brain injury to find a supportive and inclusive community.
This Colorado Gives day we are fundraising to support additional events and programs for participants and caregivers. We are also helping our participants gain access to alternative therapies to help in their healing that are not covered by insurance.
We are just getting started- join us in continuing to support brain injury survivors in Eagle County.

Mission
The Heads Up for Hope mission is to provide HOPE for those who have survived a brain injury and their family or caregivers.
Our goal is to make sure no feels alone when navigating the challenges and successes of brain injury recovery
Background Statement
Heads Up for Hope began as a grassroots support group by two people who experienced a significant brain injury, as there are no organized services available in Eagle County. We are now a registered 501c3 and support nearly 40 participants annually. We continue to grow and develop new programs each year.
