For more than 30 years, Home Builders Foundation has been a trusted partner in designing and building independence for individuals and families with disabilities throughout the Denver Metro area. Through essential home modifications like ramps, roll-in showers, and widened doorways, we create safer spaces and greater freedom where it matters most: at home.

In the past 12 months, your support helped complete 396 work items for 181 clients, generating over $2 million in community impact. With a 22% increase in applications, we’re expanding to meet the growing need. In 2025, we welcomed two new staff members, increased our internal project capacity, and launched our first Client Advisory Council to keep client voices front and center.

We’ve set an ambitious goal to complete 1,300 projects in just three years. Thanks to our dedicated community of project captains, building partners, donors, and sponsors, we’re already on track to achieve it. This momentum builds on a decade of growth that has more than doubled the number of people we serve each year.
