What makes The Miracle Shop different than other holiday charities?
The Miracle Shop focuses on dignity for the parent/guardian of the child just as much as the new toy or gift. Shoppers get to visit the shop and pay what they can for their child's gifts. It's not a handout. It's a purposeful setup that boosts the dignity for the parent and child with high-quality toys donated by the community.

Mission
The Rotary Club of Golden unites neighbors, friends, and leaders to serve our community and the world, creating positive, lasting change through service, fellowship, and humanitarian action. We connect leaders to serve local needs and global challenges, creating meaningful impact together.
The Miracle Shop, a project of The Rotary Club of Golden, is an annual holiday event widely anticipated by financially struggling families. High quality donated toys are sold at give-what-you-can prices, to parents or guardians. Over five hundred excited children wake up on Christmas, Kwanza, Hanukkah to miracle gifts provided by loving adults who also receive the gift of a gleeful child and a reinforced sense of community and dignity.
Background Statement
Since 1986, dedicated community members, neighbors, business leaders, and volunteers have united through the Golden Rotary Club to exchange ideas, inspire service, and create meaningful change throughout our community. While our mission is rooted in service, we also value the friendships, collaboration, and shared celebrations that make our work so rewarding.
