Gift of Love Inc

Last year we did over 7000 care packages they went to people in our community. We also gave out 35,000 pounds of food. We are partner with Food Bank and Rockies. We are still growing. We need more volunteers.

We started a new program for school district 51. We are providing students with snacks weekly, food pantry, hygiene products, a clothes closet, and care packages.

One of the most cherished parts of The Gift of Love Inc.’s mission is the heartfelt commitment to local seniors and veterans.  Our senior program strengthens the community by building bridges between generations.

Kids Bringing Joy to Seniors & Veterans

Before visiting senior homes or veteran centers, The Gift of Love Inc. brings groups of kids to join them—encouraging meaningful conversations, companionship, and shared laughter. These visits remind seniors that they are not forgotten and give children a chance to learn respect, empathy, and the power of kindness.

🍽️ Support for Meals on Wheels Seniors

Many seniors who receive Meals on Wheels struggle on weekends or during holidays when meal deliveries pause and food is harder to afford.

The Gift of Love Inc. steps in by providing:

No senior should worry about where their next meal will come from—and with this program, they don’t have to.

🎁 Holiday Care Packages for Seniors

During holidays, when loneliness can hit the hardest, The Gift Of Love Inc. delivers thoughtful care packages filled with essentials, treats, and handwritten cards from children and volunteers.  It’s a simple gesture that fills hearts with warmth and connection.

🍎 Food Outreach & Essential Supplies

The Gift Of Love Inc. provide meals, groceries, hygiene products, and clothing to families facing food insecurity or financial hardship.  No one is turned away—because hunger has no boundaries.

🎒 Support for Children & Youth

Through school-supply drives, holiday toy giveaways, and safe-space events, The Gift Of Love Inc. ensure that every child feels valued and supported.

🏘️ Assistance for the Unhoused

From groceries, to survival kits and community referrals, The Gift Of Love Inc. offers compassion and resources to those experiencing homelessness—helping them take steps toward stability and dignity.

Seniors

We deliver groceries to low-income and homebound seniors.

Staff and volunteers visit seniors in nursing homes and assisted-living centers to provide companionship and reduce isolation and   2,413 care packages. 

Low-Income Individuals and Families

Our grocery drop-off program supports people who are struggling financially and  196 care packages. 

Domestic Violence Survivors

We deliver 210 care packages to domestic violence shelters, making sure survivors know they are seen and supported. 

Military Veterans

The Gift Of Love Inc. identifies veterans as one of their target groups for receiving 156 care packages and weekly groceries. 

Foster Care Children

The Gift Of Love Inc. recognizes“foster care children” as a group that benefits from our 250  care packages. 

Homeless / At-Risk Youth

We support homeless teens with 497 care packages and essentials to survive. 

School District 51 Program

We provide weekly snacks, clothes closet, food pantry, school supplies, and  2,600 holiday gifts to students. 

Grocery Drop-Of Weekly

We deliver groceries around Mesa County.  Nearly 35,000 pounds of food dropped off last year.

Brain Injury Program

The Gift Of Love Inc. provides snacks and art and activity games and 487 care packages.  

Care Packages (“Bags of Love”)

Care packages are assembled and distributed to those in need (hygiene items, non-perishables, etc.).  Approximately 7,000 care packages delivered last year.
