Each year, Gift of Adoption Colorado receives requests from approximately 17 qualified families - representing a funding need of $82,500. The goal of the Colorado Chapter’s all-volunteer board is to raise enough funds to help complete each of these adoptions. 100% of the money raised by the chapter is directed to uniting children with forever families in the area.

As of December 31 2023, Gift of Adoption Colorado has awarded $433,000 in adoption assistance grants across Colorado to complete the adoptions of 138 children.

Gift of Adoption provides grants to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances - giving them permanent families and a chance to thrive.
Gift of Adoption is a national 501 c3 charity that provides grants of up to $15,000 to complete the adoptions of children in vulnerable circumstances. Priority is placed on helping children facing what is possibly their only chance at adoption, including those at-risk of separation from siblings, entering or aging out of foster care, or with special needs.
Gift of Adoption is the largest provider of adoption assistance grants on a nondiscriminatory basis (without regard to age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or marital status) and our grants are paid directly to adoption agencies and attorneys working on the child's behalf.
