$5,000 Goal

The Gift of Adoption Colorado Chapter is thrilled to received a $30,000 matching donation pledge from a generous anonymous donor whose family was gifted by adoption.   Your support of Colorado Gives Day goes even further as a result of this extraordinary 1:1 matching opportunity.

Through this match, we have the opportunity to double the number of grants completed in Colorado.  Each year, Gift of Adoption Colorado receives requests from approximately 18 qualified families - representing a funding need of $90,000. Currently, the Colorado Chapter, 100% volunteer led, is raising $25,000 annually with 100% of the money raised directed to adoption assistance grants.

Meet Daniel and Levis

Daniel and Levis have had many caring and generous people that cared for them early in their lives.  But the most consistent has been one another, and it was critically important to keep them together through adoption.

“We were thrilled when we learned that we were being matched with twins. But that meant there was an additional financial challenge that we were not planning for. The Gift of Adoption grant we received allowed us to meet that unexpected challenge and stay focused on what was most important, preparing to welcome two amazing boys into our family.  The boys’ adoption will shape everything for them moving forward. They left a country, a culture, a language, and people that they knew to come to live with us - their whole lives will be impacted by that moment, for better, and in some cases, it will bring new challenges that they may not have faced otherwise. We've adored fostering their love of bikes! They are exploring art, writing, music, new friendships and more. They bring a lot of joy into our world.” – Ethan & Jenny, Denver CO

Daniel and Levis are now 5-years-old and thriving - together.  Please give today to help more children find permanent families where they can continue to grow and thrive.
