Green Room Leaders strengthens the creative soul of the local church through Worship Leader Coaching, Substitute Worship Leading, and Creative Consulting. Worship leaders don’t have to stay stuck on the treadmill of ministry or become another burnout statistic.
The organization helps leaders reengage with their calling to worship ministry, find the space and rest they need to minister effectively, and serves as a set of “outside eyes” to help teams harness the creative energy within their faith communities and cultures. Whether a leader needs a long-overdue weekend off for some rest and renewal, a customized coaching plan to develop leadership skills, or a creative spark for weekend services or special events, Green Room Leaders is here to help build fulfilling, energizing, and sustainable ministry.

Green Room Leaders is a Colorado-based nonprofit ministry dedicated to strengthening the creative soul of the local church. Founded in 2018 and originally known as Torn Curtain Arts, the organization was born out of a desire to help worship leaders and creative pastors find rest, renewal, and resilience in the demanding world of modern ministry.
Recognizing that many worship leaders are burned out, isolated, and overwhelmed by the weekly pressures of performance and production, Green Room Leaders takes a different approach. Rather than focusing on strategies or technical skills, GRL emphasizes the spiritual and emotional health of the leader. Through Worship Leader Coaching, Substitute Worship Leading, and Creative Consulting, the organization provides space for leaders to slow down, reconnect with their calling, and rediscover the joy of serving the church.
Like the “green room” in the world of performance—a place to rest and prepare before stepping back on stage—Green Room Leaders exists to offer worship leaders a place of retreat, reflection, and restoration. By investing in the inner life of worship leaders, GRL helps sustain healthier churches, stronger teams, and more vibrant communities of faith.
