Testimonials

I am so glad I found Go4Graham. It has helped me acknowledge and be OK with my mental health issues. The community of amazing people have helped me through my struggles. It has made me realize what improves and worsens my symptoms. It has also made me feel comfortable being vulnerable sharing my story with others.

It means being and advocate for other humans. Everyone is impacted somehow (directly or indirectly) by mental disorders of some sort. I very firmly believe that the biggest root problem in the US (and world, but I'll start small haha) is the lack of addressing and advocating for mental health. I'm extremely proud to have my name tied to this organization and I'm thrilled to be able to help spread a message I believe in so passionately. -G4G Ambassador

For me, I am appreciative of being in a position that hopefully will encourage someone to come and speak with me if they need to. And that is not limited to people seeking mental help, but if other members of the Go 4 Graham community need help or feedback or have any questions - they know I am happy to answer them, and of course if I do not know the answer, I can find it for them. I love that people are starting to learn that if you need assistance, and are not sure what to do, anyone wearing the Go 4 Graham purple jersey is a safe person to speak with and help connect you with the right resources. -Member of the Community
