Mission
Foster PTA supports Foster Dual Language PK-8 Title I public option school. The mission of Foster Parent-Teacher Association is to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, places of worship and throughout the community; to raise the standards of home life; to advocate for laws that further the education, physical and mental health, welfare, and safety of children and youth; to promote the collaboration and engagement of families and educators in the education of children and youth; to engage the public in united efforts to secure the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of all children and youth; and to advocate for fiscal responsibility regarding public tax dollars in public education funding.

Foster PTA apoya a Foster Dual Language PK-8 escuela Título I de opción pública. La misión de la Asociación de Padres y Maestros de Crianza Temporal es promover el bienestar de los niños y jóvenes en el hogar, la escuela, los lugares de culto y en toda la comunidad; elevar los estándares de la vida en el hogar; abogar por leyes que promuevan la educación, la salud física y mental, el bienestar y la seguridad de los niños y los jóvenes; promover la colaboración y la participación de las familias y los educadores en la educación de los niños y los jóvenes; involucrar al público en esfuerzos unidos para asegurar el bienestar físico, mental, emocional, espiritual y social de todos los niños y jóvenes; y abogar por la responsabilidad fiscal con respecto a los dólares fiscales públicos en el financiamiento de la educación pública.
Background Statement
Foster Elementary PTA was formed in 2010 by a group of parents and teachers who believe that students come first and community is the key to growth. Now Foster has grown to become a Title I Dual Language PK-8 public option school, allowing all of our students to continue their bilingual education until high school.

La PTA Primaria Foster fue formada en 2010 por un grupo de padres y maestros que creen que los estudiantes son los primeros y que la comunidad es la clave para el crecimiento. Ahora Foster ha crecido hasta convertirse en una escuela Title I de opción pública PK-8 de doble idioma, permitiendo a todos nuestros estudiantes continuar su educación bilingüe hasta la escuela secundaria.
