$10,000 Goal

All life is essential and every individual life has intrinsic value.

We are a passionate group of Coloradans who are insistent that all life deserves and must be protected. ColoradoWild connects advocacy with science to achieve the restoration and conservation of Colorado’s Wild Life, Wild Lands and Wilderness.

We believe that education can change the world. Through education and outreach that provides science-based fact with which to inform ethical decisions we know we can coexist with the natural world. Over the past year we have held Coexistence Workshops for ranchers and the general public across Colorado's west slope, we've held Wolf Education Events for all age groups throughout Colorado, and we've led Walking in Wilderness hikes across our vast public lands.

Wolves define Wilderness.

With their spirit, their family bonds and social behavior, wolves enrich our Western landscape by enhancing biological diversity – primarily by limiting the number and altering the grazing patterns of large ungulates such as elk. Wolves are the life force that created Wilderness.

Without wolves there can be no Wilderness.

Background Statement

We are a passionate group of Coloradans who are insistent that all life deserves and must be protected. ColoradoWild connects advocacy with science to achieve the restoration and conservation of Colorado's vast public lands.

Restoring the Wild by restoring keystone species, especially Wolves and Beavers will begin the recovery of ecosystem health and biodiversity.

Join us in rewilding our lands and rewilding our hearts to reclaim our humanity and restore our relationship with the natural world.
