The Evolutionary Power Institute was founded by Dr. Julia Colwell to share the profound impact of the practices she has spent her career developing and refining. At the EPI you will learn tools to get unstuck, create aliveness, and fall in love with yourself, your partner, and the world.
Through in person and on-line workshops, classes, and private coaching, the Evolutionary Power Institute teaches a core set of practices that help you live a happier, more fulfilled, joyful life.

Values Statement:
We honor the essence of each person, doing all we can to create support for the expression of their authenticity and genius. We believe in the power of play to shift us out of power struggle and into possibility. We highly value the basic human need for connection, and rely on a particular set of tools that allow us to move out of old, unconscious patterns, be connected deeply to ourselves, and love each other. We are committed to living Above the Line, which translates into accepting each others’ truths, living from appreciation, and cultivating joy with everything we do.
We use Holacracy for our governance, and believe that anyone filling a role is 100% responsible for carrying out their accountabilities with minimal control from others.
