The Erie High School Education Foundation believes that everyone needs support from time to time, and we want to be assured that the Erie High School community is taken care of. We have dedicated our work to this community — providing scholarship support to EHS staff, students and alumni to help students unlock their potential. We want all individuals to envision their goals and realize they have the ability to make their dreams a reality.
The Erie High School Education Foundation is the greatest single source of scholarships for Erie High School graduating seniors and alumni. In 2024, the Foundation provided $103,000 worth of scholarships to graduates and alumni seeking to further their education at a college or to learn a trade.

"I am a proud alumnus of Erie High School continuing my athletic and academic career at the University of Northern Colorado. I am fortunate enough to be entering my third year at the School of Dietetics. It is with the help of your scholarship(s) that I am able to pursue a degree that I am extremely passionate about, and even have the aspirations of continuing my education with a dual Masters Internship Program upon my time at UNC. The Erie High School Education Foundation shall provide, acquire and or reward educational opportunities that directly impact students, staff, and alumni of Erie High School.
The EHS Ed Foundation has been in existence since 2007 serving the community by offering scholarships and grants to EHS graduates and alumni and teachers respectively. The amount of money given away has blossomed over the years due to generous donations from the community. The Board of Directors is comprised of community members directly tied to Erie High School and school administrators. Additionally, the Board consults with a panel of student advisors picked for their strength in character and academic record. This panel advises the Board about fundraisers, outreach, and communications. In 2019, the Erie High School Education Foundation gave away $64,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors and alumni to continue their education. The Foundation currently runs scholarship programs for students seeking training as tradesmen and for children of disabled veterans as well.
