Help make an impact by donating to EPIC 4x4 Quest to give back to those who give so much for their communities, our law enforcement members, and first responders! Every dollar counts, no amount is too small.
Funds go to helping our injured in the line of duty first responders, family members both blood and blue with their loss and grief of an officer killed in the line of duty, providing meals and time to disconnect to our law enforcement members and first responders, a free slot to a law enforcement member to a 4x4 event, and mini 4x4 builds for deserving LE/1st Responder members.
Last year, 2022, over $24,500 went to helping those injured in the line of duty and the help families and departments with counseling for the loss of an officer in the line of duty. 2023 is showing to be better than 2022, but help us make that amount this year for sure even MORE! We have unfortunately had many line-of-duty injuries and law enforcement members taken from us due to line-of-duty in 2023. Every dollar you donate will go to a good cause!
Mission
Our mission is to help law enforcement members & first responders, including their families, while raising awareness of issues they face.
EPIC stands for Endorsing Police In Colorado, though we do extend to first responders. Colorado is our home base so the majority of our support is local, but we support our LE & first responders throughout the US. EPIC uses 4x4ing to support our quest, aka our mission. "Offroading for a cause, backing the blue" is often our mantra.
Background Statement
EPIC 4x4 Quest is FULLY volunteer run. We became incorporated with the state of Colorado as a nonprofit corporation in January 2019, and obtained our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status with IRS February 2019. Revenue generated through EPIC 4x4 Quest is used to allow the organization to hold events specifically for law enforcement and, most importantly, to help support other nonprofit organizations in Colorado, such as MC1 Foundations, Badge 2 Badge, and the Colorado Police Officer's Foundation, that offer amazing programs to help our law enforcement officers.
Between 2019 and 2023 EPIC 4x4 Quest has donated over $65,000 to nonprofit organizations with programs in place that support our mission. Have helped 3 officers with mini 4x4 builds. Provided meals (lunches/dinners) and taken at least 20 officers and first responders per year for the last 5 years out in the back country to disconnect and helping their mental status. Provided EPIC trips to 12 participants each year since 2019. Given a FREE EPIC trip, including hotels, activities, and dinner, to 1 officer/first responder each year since 2022.
