Edwards Rotary Club is a vibrant group of merry do-gooders who meet regularly for fellowship. Leaders in the community are invited to come and present about their organization's work.
Our philanthropic arm, Charitable Foundation of the Edwards Rotary Club, Inc., provides grants for several local nonprofits doing incredible work with youth, education, our trails, and more. We also give local youth scholarships, participate in Rotary's youth exchange program, host teen driving education at the Eagle County Airport, and recognize our emergency responders at an awards dinner. We work with Rotary International on grants that focus on literacy, education, clean water, and the eradication of polio. Last year, our club granted dollars for a teledermatology project in Guatemala and school supplies for a Children's Global Alliance trip. We are currently working on a grant for EduTek to provide educational technology for children in rural Uganda.

The Edwards Rotary Club was chartered in July 2004 with forty-eight founding members, joining other active clubs in Vail Village, Eagle, and in some 130 countries with over 1.4 million concerned men and women, uniting to create lasting change across the globe. Rotarians are owners/managers/leaders of local area businesses who meet weekly in fellowship, learn about community needs, and participate in projects in such areas as literacy, peace, healthcare, the environment, international student exchange, with the motto "Service Above Self."
