In July 2024, the Edwards Rotary Club merged with the Vail Rotary Club to form a larger, vibrant group of community-minded individuals. The mission of Rotary can be summed up in three words: "Service Above Self."

The Rotary Foundation helps Rotary members to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace by improving health, providing quality education, improving the environment, and alleviating poverty.
The Edwards Rotary Club was chartered in July 2004 with forty-eight founding members, joining other active clubs in Vail Village, Eagle, and in some 130 countries with over 1.4 million concerned men and women, uniting to create lasting change across the globe. Rotarians are owners/managers/leaders of local area businesses who meet weekly in fellowship, learn about community needs, and participate in projects in such areas as literacy, peace, healthcare, the environment, international student exchange, with the motto "Service Above Self."
In July of 2024, the Edwards Rotary Club merged with the Vail Rotary Club, forming the Vail Edwards Rotary Club.
