We are a community supported, nonprofit childcare center whose services are designed
to foster early, quality care and education for children by providing a nurturing, positive
environment of love to develop self awareness and confidence when parents are either
working, in school, or training.

environment of love to develop self awareness and confidence when parents are either

working, in school, or in training. Our services are offered without regard to race, color, sex,

handicap, religion, or national origin.

Background Statement

Eagles' Nest Early Learning Center goal is to provide a quality full service childcare to the residents and employees that reside and work in Gilpin County. We strive to serve all families regardless of economic and societal background. Gilpin County, as of the 2010 census, estimates population at 4,849. The county has grown 17.5% from April 1, 2000 to July 1, 2009. Children under 5 years old residing in Gilpin County are estimated at 336 as 2009 census. Eagles' Nest Early Learning Center is the only licensed childcare facility for the entire county.

Eagles' Nest E.L.C. continues training of staff and learning systems to improve service for the center. We aim for a low teacher to student ration to ensure quality service for the children and parents.
