Thank you so much for your consideration of DHOH! At our core, we are horse people who are passionate about equine welfare. Our horses are our clients and we are proud to know that the horses that come to DHOH find quality care, kindness, and dedication. Happy Holidays!

Mission

Drifter's Hearts of Hope is a horse rescue and rehabilitation center that strives to circumvent the slaughter pipeline. Horses at our facility are rehabilitated, evaluated, trained and eventually adopted out to forever, loving homes.

Background Statement

In 2014, Drifter's Hearts of Hope was founded to give at-risk horses a second chance at a forever home. We have rescued more than 700 horses through the efforts of the volunteers, donors, and supporters. Our rescue is supported solely by donations, adoption fees, sponsorships, and A LOT of volunteer sweat. We are fully volunteer-run, which means that every dollar donated to the rescue goes directly to the horses. Would you like to get involved to help us save horses?
