Current headlines bring our leadership crisis to light. DAI believes in leadership that can't be bought or sold, that establishes justice and has God's compassion for the poor; because vibrant and healthy communities grow with servant leaders. Invest $50 to provide a servant leadership workshop.
Testimonials
While many see the great need for leadership development and are trying to respond, DAI has found that helping leaders grow is more of an "art form" than a science. It doesn't matter how many leaders take a class, it matters how many of them truly grow and change. DAI seeks to see leaders be transformed personally in their leadership and then become agents of transformation in their communities. For this to happen the leadership development has to happen from the "inside out". Classes and workshops play a role, but it is the interactive nature of the sessions, the mentoring, and long-term relationships that make a huge difference. In addition indigenous leadership directs each local DAI office, contextualizing the services. Taken all together, more impact is the result.
