To provide scholarships to deserving young men, honor past achievements and promote the development of good citizenship.
The Denver Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarship Foundation was formed to provide an institution with perpetual provisions for future maintenance and support of young men who have excelled in high school and are enrolled in college. The Foundation was chartered August 20, 1987 in the State of Colorado and received its federal 501 (C)3 income tax exemption status on April 19, 1989.
In addition to providing monetary scholarships, a laptop computer is also provided to each young man to take with them to college. It is through this tradition that the Denver Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarship Foundation has realized its purpose in maintaining a commitment to the community by supporting young men who have excelled academically and through community service.
