Denver Fringe Festival

A nonprofit organization

The Denver Fringe Festival is an innovative, annual, open-access festival that supports bold, progressive arts and diverse voices in all forms of performing arts. Our primary goal is to support independent artists by providing a robust festival framework that allows them to self-produce, reach new audiences, and network with fellow indie creatives. Most importantly, artists are paid 70 percent of their ticket revenue. We promote access to the arts by ensuring people can enjoy cutting edge performing arts at an affordable price. Our mission is “arts for all.”

"We travel a lot with our work, and your festival stands out. From the venue to the staff to every element of the festival we interacted with, we felt cared for and heard." Brenna, director

"In a world of standardization and mass-produced entertainment, Fringe is a breath of fresh air in an often stagnant environment." Anthony, performer

"This is an excellent example of what top-notch indie theatre can be. Very recommended." Brad, audience member

"The best live performance I have seen in at least five, maybe ten years! I just had the privilege of taking in this show not once but twice this past week, and I shed tears of joy both times." Paul, audience member

"The Denver Fringe is very community driven and artist centered. The passion and commitment to supporting new performance work is palpable in every aspect of the festival." George, director
