At Corvida Health Clinic, formerly Clinica Colorado, our mission is to provide equitable, high-quality primary care to individuals and families with limited access to health services. For 14 years, we have been a steadfast safety net for Colorado's underserved communities.

Manage Chronic Conditions: Helping individuals with diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol lead healthier lives through personalized care and education.
Provide Life-Saving Screenings: Ensuring early detection of cancers through partnerships with CDPHE, the Colorado Cancer Screening Program (CCSP), and the American Cancer Society (ACS).
Deliver Compassionate Reproductive Health Care: Offering comprehensive contraceptive services through collaborations with Caring for Colorado, Upstream and Direct Relief.
Address Mental Health Needs: Screening, treating and referring patients to trusted partners for counseling and mental health support.

Corvida Health Clinic, formerly Clinica Colorado, first opened its doors in 2011 with the clear and compassionate goal of serving as a medical home for individuals with limited access to health care. Our mission is to provide equitable primary health care and resources to those with limited access across Colorado. Our vision is to improve people’s lives by having affordable, quality health care accessible to all. We want to make Colorado a place where everyone, regardless of income, language, or insurance status, can access affordable, high-quality health care.
As a safety-net clinic, we primarily serve uninsured Hispanic patients facing significant financial and language barriers. Our goal is to reduce health disparities by delivering culturally responsive, patient-centered care that is both accessible and affordable. Our bilingual and bicultural team ensures language and cultural differences never stand in the way of our patients receiving the education, prevention, and chronic disease management they deserve.
