Community Reach Center was founded in 1957 and the Foundation was incorporated on July 11, 1983. Community Reach Center is a top-tier mental health organization that provides evidence-based behavioral health services for all ages, at numerous locations throughout Adams and Broomfield counties, Colorado. It is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and the designated mental health provider for residents of Adams and Broomfield counties who are eligible for Medicaid. Services include individual and group therapy, early childhood and school-based services, integrated treatment for individuals dually diagnosed with a mental illness and an addiction disorder, emergency services, psychological testing, residential services, therapeutic support groups, and more. The Center is committed to integrating mental with primary health care in order to support the overall health and recovery of its consumers.
