Community Reach Center

In 1957, Community Reach Center was founded in Commerce City, Colorado, by a small group of mental health professionals from the University of Colorado Medical Center. 

Today, 65 years later, we serve approximately 13,000 individuals annually throughout Adams County. Our dedicated team delivers a wide range of mental health services, including outpatient care, 24/7 residential support, school-based services, and community-based programs for adults, youth, and families. Our goal is to provide early intervention and improve mental health outcomes for all members of our community, regardless of their ability to pay. Within our compassionate and supportive environment, we are united by a shared mission to enhance the health of our community and empower individuals on their path to recovery.
