Community Hospital is committed to providing the highest quality health care possible for patients throughout western Colorado and eastern Utah.
We would not be where we are today without the unwavering support of our community and for that we are incredibly grateful.
Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. Our goal is to create a health care environment personalized to each patient that focuses on health and wellness, provides convenience and ease of access, and incorporates the latest technologies.
The Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, governed by a volunteer 15-member board of directors. These directors are local business owners, civic leaders and physicians who willingly give of their time in support of Community Hospital. The Foundation raises, invests and disperses funds to support the programs and services of Community Hospital.
