Why What We Do Matters
Traditional free-meal programs often require families to pick up food at a school or site within a narrow time window—creating a “time tax” that disqualifies busy or remote families. We re-imagine the system. Our model removes the barriers of travel, scheduling, and stigma, replacing them with dignity, convenience, and choice.
What your donation will do
Every dollar you give directly advances access and allows CFC to enroll more families into our programming. For example, a $10 gift helps cover the cost of one child to get three meals, two snacks and delivery for one day. Through our no-cost grocery program, a donation of $1,250 pays for 117 people to get a week's worth of groceries from one of our two partner grocer locations.
