Chaffee Cares

Chaffee Cares was created to address needs in the community where other public programs are limited or unable to assist. Chaffee Cares works closely with and accepts referrals and applications from third party professionals that work directly with local children, adults, seniors, and families in Chaffee County. Using a simple application process and the direction of the board, we strive to quickly help those in need and are dedicated to a 24 hour turnaround time in most situations. By relying on the recommendation of third party professionals and delivering payment directly to the end vendor, there is no direct contact with the individual in order to protect their privacy.
All of our expenses are covered by a core group of volunteers so that 100% of all donations received go directly to those in need. We are a 501c3 which allows all donations to be tax deductible.
