Together, We Build Strong Families and Strong Communities

Every day, your kindness changes lives. When you give to Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CP), you’re not just donating, you’re investing in families, futures, and the heart of Teller County. Your support helps parents feel capable, children feel safe and loved, and families feel seen, valued, and connected.

A simple act of generosity can spark a ripple of hope that spreads across generations. With your help, we’re creating a community built on empathy, respect, and understanding, a place where families not only survive, but truly thrive.

At CP, we know every family’s story is different. Single parents, blended families, grandparents raising grandkids, each faces unique challenges. But one thing remains true for all: families flourish when they have the tools, support, and sense of belonging they need to succeed.

That’s why we create spaces where people come together, playgroups where laughter grows into friendship, parenting classes that build confidence, and a community garden that nourishes both bodies and hearts. Every shared moment strengthens the fabric of our community.

Our Vision: All families are resilient, connected, and included in building a thriving community.

The Proof Is in the Impact

Independent research confirms what we see every day: Every $1 invested in CP saves $2.92 in local prevention services and contributes to a 63% reduction in child abuse and neglect cases in Teller County. This nationally recognized Return on Investment study, conducted in partnership with the Teller County Department of Human Services, was recently featured in a scientific journal (Summer 2025) validating the powerful, lasting impact of your support.

If you’d like to see your impact firsthand, we’d love to welcome you for a tour of our Family Resource Center.

Supported Families Build Strong Communities—thanks to you.
