Support BEN through our largest annual fundraiser. This year, we celebrate our entrepreneurs and advisors, explore BEN’s vision for the future, and honor Nancy Phillips of Rallyday Partners with the 2026 Stursberg Impact Award.
Colorado’s entrepreneurs drive innovation, create jobs, and strengthen communities. But too many founders, especially women, minority, and rural entrepreneurs, face barriers that limit their access to capital, mentorship, and networks. Without support, promising businesses struggle to grow, and Colorado’s economic potential goes untapped.
BEN Colorado bridges that gap. Through personalized mentorship, peer connection, and statewide partnerships, we help founders gain the clarity and confidence to scale. With more than 160 entrepreneurs and 500 volunteer advisors engaged across the state, BEN fuels growth, equity, and opportunity, one entrepreneur at a time.
Small businesses employ nearly half of Colorado’s workforce. Young firms drive job creation, but without strong support, that momentum stalls.
BEN keeps Colorado’s entrepreneurial engine running strong.
Thank you for being here and for your generous support!

BEN Colorado expands access to high-quality advisory support for growth-minded entrepreneurs across Colorado. With a strong emphasis on underserved entrepreneurs, BEN connects entrepreneurs to trusted advisors, curated resources, and peer support at no cost. With a flexible, give-first, and non-prescriptive model, BEN helps entrepreneurs identify their pain points and scale over time. By reducing the opportunity cost of inaction, BEN ultimately fuels jobs, investment, and innovation across Colorado.
Founded in 2014 with a $3 million gift from the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, BEN Colorado began with a simple idea: What happens when experienced entrepreneurs are paired with growth-stage founders to help them navigate challenge, change, and scale into sustainable businesses? Since then, BEN has remained dedicated to connecting founders with trusted advisors who fuel innovation, investment, and job creation across Colorado.
Join us in strengthening Colorado’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. When founders succeed, Colorado succeeds.
