Being Better Neighbors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and fostering a sense of belonging for all who call the Town of Erie home. As our community continues to grow and diversify, we work to ensure that every resident and visitor feels welcomed, valued, and seen.
Through community-building initiatives, educational programs, youth engagement, and cultural celebrations, we create meaningful opportunities for connection, learning, and shared understanding.
Being Better Neighbors is a non-profit organization established to embrace Erie’s growing diversity and ensure we live in a welcoming and inclusive town through Community Building, Education & Youth Programs, and Cultural Events & Outreach.
Being Better Neighbors was founded to support our Erie neighbors of color, and to create a place for civil discourse and outreach to bring awareness to issues facing people of color and other marginalized communities.
