Backdoor Theatre

The Backdoor Theatre is the only theatre in the mountains West of the Foothills to provide first run movies week in and week out. We have awesome volunteers which help keep our prices low, but we want to provide more - more documentaries, more live theatre, more music. And for that, to expand our programming, we need your help. Please considering donating to the Backdoor Theatre!

Community Items of interest:

- BDT hosted a Warren Miller fundraiser for the Boulder Valley School District Ski Team.

- BDT hosted Magnolia Road players.  Sixteen local students preformed in the production of the “McBeth”. The students learned public speaking skills students learned and had a great time! There were many families in audience. There are also no theatre camps in 30 mile radius, and this provided a great opportunity for students to act.  

- BDT facilitated a paid student internship program over the summer.  This gave students an opportunity to learn new skills.

- BDT shows a variety of first run movies.
