Housing Is the Beginning. You Help Make Stability Possible.

For a family, stable housing can mean a safe place to call home. For an older adult, it can mean peace of mind. For a child, it can mean having the stability to learn and grow.

But housing is just the beginning.

Life can bring challenges that put housing stability at risk — a job loss, unexpected expense, health concern, family crisis, or simply not knowing where to turn for help.

That’s where Aspire comes in. And that’s where you come in, too.

Who We Are

Aspire is the nonprofit partner of Loveland Housing Authority, providing individualized support to help residents build stability, independence, and well-being.

Our Resident Services Coordinators are embedded in LHA communities, where they build trusted relationships with residents and provide free, voluntary, and confidential support. They help residents navigate resources, address challenges early, and connect with opportunities that can strengthen their families and their futures. Rather than asking residents to navigate complicated systems on their own, Aspire brings support closer to home.

Our goal is simple: help residents stay stably housed, build financial and personal resilience, feel connected to their community, and have the tools and support they need to navigate whatever comes next.

What Your Gift Makes Possible

When you give to Aspire, you help a neighbor get support before a challenge becomes a crisis.

Your generosity helps provide:

  • Eviction prevention and housing support when residents are facing challenges that could threaten their housing.
  • Resource and benefits navigation to help families access food, healthcare, financial assistance, and other essential resources.
  • Education and financial empowerment that help residents build economic resilience and work toward greater independence.
  • Health and wellness support connecting residents with mental, physical, and whole-person wellness resources.
  • Youth and family programs that create opportunities for learning, growth, and connection.
  • Community and belonging that help older adults, families, and individuals feel less isolated and more connected to their neighbors.

Your Impact Starts With a Conversation

Sometimes making a difference begins with something as simple as a resident knowing who to call.

A parent might sit down with an RSC to find resources after an unexpected financial setback.

An older adult might discover a wellness program that helps them stay active and connected.

A resident facing a difficult situation might get help navigating services before that challenge becomes a crisis.

A student might receive a scholarship that opens the door to a new career.

Your gift helps make those moments possible.

In 2025, Aspire provided nearly 8,000 service sessions to 845 residents, made more than 900 connections to vital community resources, and awarded $20,400 in educational scholarships.

Behind every number is a person who had someone in their corner.

Mission

The mission of Aspire is to provide residents of Loveland Housing Authority individualized support that promotes increased well-being, independence, and housing stability.

Background Statement

Aspire was founded in 2018 to address a recognized gap in Northern Colorado's affordable housing landscape. The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) had long provided safe, affordable housing to cost burdened residents across Larimer and Weld counties but recognized that housing alone could not address the many challenges residents faced. Families and individuals gaining access to stable housing still lacked the support needed to stay housed, build self-sufficiency, and break cycles of poverty. Aspire was created as LHA's nonprofit service partner to fill that gap, embedding Resident Service Coordinators directly within LHA affordable housing communities to provide individualized support focused on well-being, independence, and housing stability.

Since then, Aspire has grown from a small team serving a handful of communities to a fully operational organization providing free, on-site services across all 14 LHA housing communities. The work has deepened significantly over time, expanding from basic resource referrals to a broad range of services including case management, eviction prevention, youth leadership, parenting support, early childhood development partnerships, financial literacy, and life skills programming. What began as an effort to stabilize housing has grown into a broader mission: to equip families, children, and individuals with the tools, relationships, and resources they need to achieve lasting self-sufficiency and break generational cycles of poverty.
