$15,000 Goal

Help Us Reach $15,000 by Dec. 9 for Colorado’s Creative Future

This Colorado Gives Day, we need to raise $15,000 by December 9 to jumpstart creative industry aligned professional development for Colorado educators. Your support will help bring storytelling, media, and digital creativity into classrooms statewide, leading up to the Colorado Educators Summit in 2027.

The Arts, Media & Entertainment Institute, a nonprofit with more than a decade of experience producing transformative professional learning events for educators, is leading this effort. The work begins now, and we need your support.

Your gift today will help make it happen by:

  • Funding 2026 summer bootcamps for 80 educators to receive hands-on training in programs such as Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, Fortnite for Educators, and Soundtrap
  • Ensuring these programs remain FREE for Colorado public school teachers, expanding access across the state
  • Building the web infrastructure needed for the 2027 Summit, including an application site and a digital resource hub offering lesson plans to help educators bring film and media into their classrooms

Your support will help cover educator training costs and build the digital foundation that will serve thousands of Colorado teachers for years to come.

Please make your Colorado Gives Day gift today and help us reach our goal by December 9.

Thank you for your support!

Mission

The Arts, Media & Entertainment (AME) Institute connects educators with the creative industries to transform classrooms, empower students, and build the creative workforce of tomorrow. Our programs reach thousands of teachers each year, and through them, tens of thousands of students.

Background Statement

Our goal at the AME Institute is to strengthen the pipeline from public education to the creative industries, ensuring that all students, and particularly those furthest from opportunity, get access to the high-wage creative industry jobs of today and tomorrow.

We do this by empowering educators with the tools and training they need to prepare the next generation of our creative workforce through:

**In-person AME Institutes

**Virtual Learning opportunities

**Curated programming for districts and schools that help educators strengthen their pathway curriculum and industry outreach

**Communications that connect educators with industry news and opportunities
