The affordable creativity and sustainable reuse that Art Parts provides is vital. Not only is our planet suffering from the impact of our consumer culture, but many of us are suffering from a lack of connection and inspiration. Help us become a zero waste community and inspire creativity!

Art Parts was founded in 2011 by a group of dedicated community members in response to multiple issues. At the time, there were limited options for finding affordable arts and craft supplies as well as places to donate unwanted items to the local community. There was also a need for more public engagement and education on creative reuse. Art Parts' founding members came together to start building this organization to address the community's needs.
In 2021, Art Parts moved to its current location on Valmont Avenue and had its most impactful year ever. More than 50,000 pounds of creative materials were diverted from local landfills and made available to 15,000 customers.
