Arise Baking Company is a non-profit wholesale bakery that exists to employ and empower young adults with barriers to work. As our employees work in the kitchen, they are getting more than a paycheck. Daily we strive to empower our employees to gain the necessary job skills needed to thrive in the workplace beyond their time at Arise. We do this through soft-skills development, leadership coaching, on-the-job training, social emotional support and job coaching with the goal of transitioning our employees into a long-term sustainable career.
Arise Baking Co. is a social enterprise baking company that exists to provide supportive employment for youth and young adults. We envision reaching vulnerable and disconnected young people in the Denver area in a way that nurtures talent, fosters resilience, and creates a supportive community where every individual can build a brighter future.
