Caregiving is an act of love—but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and complex. Too often, caregivers are expected to give endlessly without the support, rest, or guidance they need to sustain themselves. Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation exists to change that.
We are a Colorado-based nonprofit created by caregivers, for caregivers. Our founders and team members have lived the realities of caregiving firsthand—balancing medical systems, emotional exhaustion, financial strain, and the quiet moments of doubt that come with caring for someone you love. This lived experience shapes everything we do.
Our mission is to support caregivers by connecting them with trusted resources, respite, education, and community—so no caregiver has to navigate their journey alone.
We work to reduce caregiver burnout, improve quality of life, and create pathways to sustainable support through compassionate, practical services.
Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting unpaid family caregivers who are navigating complex caregiving responsibilities for loved ones with chronic illness, disability, aging-related needs, or cognitive decline.
Caregivers often face emotional, physical, and financial strain while trying to coordinate care, manage household responsibilities, and access community resources. Many do this with little support, limited guidance, and increasing risk of burnout.
Antlers Creek Caregiver Foundation exists to bridge that gap by providing caregiver support, care coordination assistance, education, and access to community-based resources. Our work focuses on helping caregivers feel supported, informed, and less isolated as they navigate caregiving challenges, while promoting stability, dignity, and sustainable care for families across Colorado.
