Alpha Center is a Christian Medical Clinic that serves our community by providing services and education related to sexual health at no cost.
Background Statement
Alpha Center began in 1985 as a pregnancy hotline in Fort Collins. We were able to attain our non-profit designation in 1987 and a year later opened the first office near Drake & College. In 2000, we became a medical facility by adding ultrasound, and two years later added STD screening. In 2016, we added a licensed professional counselor to our staff.
Today, we are located at College and Pitkin, right across from Colorado State University. Our staff of 14 includes registered nurses, administrative staff, and a licensed professional counselor. Since 2020, Alpha Center has been able to serve over 1,050 patients.
All services provided by Alpha Center are provided at no cost to those we serve. Because of this, Alpha Center relies on donations from generous individuals and businesses in our community for monetary support and through community involvement!
Alpha Center provides free and confidential sexual health services and education to all regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, immigration status, income or disability.
