Advance Pathways

A nonprofit organization

Advance Pathways is transforming the way the greater Aurora area (including Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties) supports adult individuals experiencing homelessness by creating a true ecosystem of stability, dignity, and hope. From emergency shelter and wraparound services to workforce development, behavioral health navigation, and community partnerships, we meet people where they are and walk with them toward long-term success. The newly opened Aurora Regional Navigation Campus (ARNC) represents a bold step forward—bringing dozens of partners together under one roof so every guest can access the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives.

At the ARNC, guests experience meaningful “light-bulb moments”: the first safe night of sleep, a new job, a path to recovery, a step toward permanent housing, or the simple dignity of being welcomed by name. Your support fuels these moments—and helps us scale programs that are proven to save lives, strengthen families, and reduce strain on emergency systems across our region. By giving to Advance Pathways, you directly invest in a more compassionate, connected, and thriving Aurora area where every person is made for more.

Mission

Advance provides pathways to recovery that create self-esteem, dignity, and independence for people experiencing homelessness.

Our Vision: To be a community that provides all the help required to those willing to work toward self-sufficiency; anyone who wants help will receive help.
