Background Statement
Ability to Access Inc. was created when the Founder Tiffany Fixter found that there was a dire need for more job training opportunities for transition aged youth and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The non-profit was formed with the mission to show the world that anyone regardless of disability can have a meaningful job.
