Fund the Frontlines
Democracy is in crisis. The rich and powerful are using their money to silence us, stripping away our rights and backing politicians who roll back reproductive freedoms, suppress votes, and weaken the protections we rely on. Yet, we’ve seen time and time again that organized people change the world. Across the country, 9to5 members are registering voters, fighting for fair wages, and pushing for equitable child care. They are leading climate justice efforts in places where high utility bills, floods, and pollution are daily realities for their communities. When you fund the frontlines, you invest real power in the people already leading the fight for economic justice. You help build a future where thriving is a promise for all of us. We’ve set an ambitious goal to raise $50,000 by the end of the year. Can you donate today?
Now is the time to back the people who are carrying this work forward every single day.

Jasmine is one of the extraordinary, inspiring leaders who helped 9to5 mobilize thousands of Colorado voters to win a higher minimum wage at the ballot box:
"Being a single parent, it's impossible to raise children making only $8.31 an hour - especially in Colorado where the cost of living is rising. You can barely make ends meet, which means more time away from your home and kids.
This is why I decided to join 9to5's campaign to increase the minimum wage to $12/hour. It's important to take your struggles and emotions and channel them into to something positive. After weeks of door-knocking and having conversations with community, I am so ecstatic that we won!
9to5 is an amazing organization. When I feel like the rest of the world doesn't understand my struggle, I come to 9to5 to find other women who have my back and lift me up."

Colorado won critical new policies for our communities including equal work for equal pay, improved water quality for mobile home park residents, and protections against exorbitant fees for renters.
We generated a lot of buzz by hosting our first “Slummy Awards” to call out greedy corporate landlords, chambers of commerce, and realty companies who oppose essential housing measures to protect tenants from eviction and remove the statewide ban on rent control.
We welcomed nearly 50 people to our third Organizing and Empowerment Institute, a two-day training for grassroots leaders. Attendees left the training with the skills they’ll need to make an impact on the issues they care about most and build power together.
