Michaela Rossi Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is being given in the memory of our CCD colleague and Radiographic Technology community member, Mrs. Michaela Rossi, R.T. (R) (ARRT). Mrs. Rossi, who spent most if not all of her career in the field teaching was a mentor to radiography students, radiology residents and physicians. Her passion for the field, and her compassion for her patients are carried on by her former students and colleagues. The loss of our friend and colleague is still felt across the Denver area. Mrs. Rossi was an honorable individual whose high standards and principles are what we strive for in our profession. The Michaela Rossi Memorial Scholarship is to honor her commitment, over 40 years, to this profession. This scholarship is designed to help our hard working students on their path to graduation, success in the field of radiography, and to instill the values that we hold firm: professionalism, ethical behavior, compassion, and the ability to 'think outside the box" and lastly, learning to take a "joyful" approach in the care of your patients.
