Lyons Community Foundation

The Lyons Community Foundation exists to improve the quality of life, build a culture of giving and encourage positive change for the greater Lyons area. The foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations and programs that address the unique needs of the Lyons community. Types of projects supported include:
- Community Connectivity: Lyons Arts & Humanities Commission Public Art, Town of Lyons (Parade of Lights, Sandstone Concert Series, Winter Wonderland Concerts, etc) and the Lyons Historical Society-The Redstone Museum
- Human Services: Lyons Emergency & Assistance Fund - Food Pantry, Basic Needs & Resource Matching, Meals on Wheels, Mental Wellness & Addiction Recovery, Lyons Volunteers
- Youth Investment: Senior Scholarship Fund, LES garden, and LHS After-prom
- Local ecology: Rocky Mountain Botanic Gardens and Lyons Garden Club
