What do you do?
Clothes To Kids provides clothing to students from low-income or in-crisis families in Denver, completely FREE of charge. Our vision is that all students will have the clothing they need to feel comfortable, confident and prepared to thrive. Students shop for their clothes in our boutique, which is clean, bright and has lots of items to choose from. A wardrobe includes 5 outfits, 1 pair of shoes, 1 coat, 1 bra (optional) and 5 pairs each of new underwear and new socks.
Whom do you serve?
Clothes To Kids serves children and youth in foster care and from families experiencing poverty, parental job loss, homelessness, displacement or emergency situations. Students in grades preschool - 12th grade, and anyone working to earn a GED (up to age 21) can shop at Clothes To Kids. We offer clothing for students ages 3-21. Our boutique is open year-round and shoppers may make an appointment to select a wardrobe of clothes twice per year.
What difference do you make?
The goal of Clothes To Kids is to help pave a path for academic success for students from low-income families. Research shows that kids without suitable school clothing struggle both academically and socially. By supplying appropriate clothing in a welcoming environment to students in need, Clothes To Kids aims to help students feel more comfortable and confident in the classroom, in turn helping them focus on their school work, participate in activities and fit in with their classmates.

* $50.00 provides a complete wardrobe, shopping experience and "extras" (school supplies, books, accessories, etc.) for a student in need.
