Through its innovative productions, Phamaly Theatre Company advances the social narrative of disability to effect greater inclusion, participation, and respect for people with disabilities in all facets of society. Now in its fourth decade as a homegrown, award-winning Denver arts organization, Phamaly produces professional plays, musicals, and original work, cast entirely of performers with all nature of disabilities: physical, emotional, intellectual, and cognitive. Phamaly's mission is to be a creative home for theatre artists with disabilities; to model a disability-affirmative theatrical process; and to upend conventional narratives by transforming individuals, audiences, and the world.
