Molly McMorrow, Project Assistant

Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Western Michigan University. She has spent over 10 years working at a variety of corporate jobs which helped build her diverse background in outreach campaigns, relationship development, entrepreneurial skills as well as project management. She eventually found her way to education in 2011 and has never looked back. She has spent 7 years at various districts in and around the Denver area such as Aurora Public Schools, Denver Public Schools and most recently spent the last 2 years here in the Jeffco Public Schools District at Stevens Elementary as their 21st Century Site coordinator.

Denise Delgado, CEO/Executive Director

Denise received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy from CU-Boulder and has been working in the non-profit world since 1999.

As Manager of the Community Initiatives Investments for the Women's Foundation of Colorado, she managed annual grant making, provided strategic support to donor-advised funds and special interest granting entities and managed the Girl's Leadership Council, an operating program of the Foundation. In this role she developed and fostered relationships with groups working to affect the economic self-sufficiency of women, high drop-out prevention for girls, and S.T.E.M. strategies for girls. At Rose Community Foundation Denise served as the grants manager for the Foundation's five granting program areas and supported special grant initiatives and projects. She also served as development director at La Clinica Tepeyac, a health care center serving the uninsured.

In her private consulting business, she has provided strategic program and development services to clients such as The Denver Foundation, serving as its Consulting Program Officer for Community Leadership, Montbello High School Youth Leadership Institute and Girls Inc. She is an alumna of the Circle of Latina Leadership program and Denver Community Leadership Forum.
Her non-profit work includes serving as a past volunteer board member for The Young Fund, Children's Hospital Denver, Orbis Institute, Institute for Mestiza Leadership, Community Resource Center, Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Denver, and YouthBiz. She is a current member of the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains board, participant in the Latina Giving Circle Denver, and volunteer for Project Enye.
