Lauren Koelliker, Development Director
Start Date: 2019

Lauren called a variety of Colorado towns "home" before fulfilling her dream of moving to Crested Butte in 2014. She has been a middle and high school teacher, worked on a trail crew, guided backcountry trips, and dabbled in local government. She enjoys international travel, but especially loves coming home to her CB community and exploring the mountains with her husband and their dog. She brings her passion for outdoor adventure, conservation, community, and organizational efficiency to her role as Development Director of CBMBA.

Dave Ochs, Executive Director
Start Date: 2016

Dave Ochs was a CBMBA board member for 13 years before being hired as the first ever Executive Director. CBMBA has had in its 33 year history. Dave moved to Crested Butte in 2001 and immediately developed "a problem" with the bicycle, specifically mountain biking in Crested Butte. Immediately enthralled by the bike culture, Dave took to events and advocacy as a means to give back. He has a beautiful wife (Missy) and two darling children (Ozzy and Cadence).
