Debra L. Rogers, CEO/Executive Director
Start Date: 2017

Debra Rogers, RN was appointed Hospice of the Plains administrator effective 12/28/2017 after the previous administrator resigned. Debra's medical experience started when she entered the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. She has extensive experience in women's and children's health; working OB/GYN, Labor and Delivery/Post-Partum, Newborn Nursery, and Infertility and Med/Surg.
During Debra's Infertility career of 20 years, she supervised the back office of medical assistants and medical laboratory technicians for 10 of those years.
As Debra's nursing career grew, she moved on to Geriatric's: working skilled nursing and hospice. Debra loved the work of hospice's slower pace and being able to spend more time with families and patients. She has worked with Hospice of the Plains from 2011-2014 and 2015 to present.
